Valetra's online quotation is based on the journey being requested rather than relying only on a generic static route list. The route, selected vehicle and trip details shown during booking contribute to the applicable quotation.

The price displayed before payment is the applicable fare for that booking. After successful payment and booking confirmation, the quoted fare is locked for the confirmed journey. Later customer-requested changes or approved extras may add charges.

How Does Booking and Driver Assignment Work?

Step 1 — Enter the Journey
Provide the pickup, destination, date, time, passenger count and luggage details.

Step 2 — Choose the Vehicle
Select a suitable category based on the journey and passenger requirements.

Step 3 — Complete Payment
For the normal online flow, book at least 12 hours before departure and complete payment to secure the booking. Requests inside 12 hours require operational pre-approval before payment and remain subject to availability.

Step 4 — Booking Confirmation
After successful payment, the booking is recorded and confirmed. Booking confirmation and final driver assignment are separate stages.

Step 5 — Departure Details
Final driver and vehicle information is provided through the Departure Slip when operational scheduling is finalised.
