Yes. Valetra assigns drivers based on the booking requirements, route, vehicle type and operational availability. Driver and vehicle details are provided before the scheduled pickup, and our operations team coordinates each trip to help ensure the journey is handled professionally and reliably. If any operational change is required, the latest confirmed driver or vehicle details will be updated before pickup.

Yes. Valetra operates using vehicles and transport arrangements that comply with the applicable licensing, permit and regulatory requirements for the service and route being provided. Where commercial passenger transport permits or specific operating licences are required, the appropriate authorised vehicle type is used. Valetra does not operate as an unlicensed or illegal private transport service, and our operations team ensures that vehicle assignments follow the relevant legal and regulatory requirements for each journey.

If the assigned vehicle experiences an operational or technical issue before pickup, our operations team will arrange a suitable replacement vehicle where possible. Any replacement will be selected based on the booking requirements, passenger capacity, route and applicable licensing or permit requirements. Our priority is to keep the journey safe, legal and as close as possible to the original booking arrangement.

Yes. Valetra requires its transport operations to follow the applicable insurance and regulatory requirements for commercial passenger services. Vehicles used for Valetra journeys are assigned according to the type of service being provided, and the relevant insurance coverage must be in place where required by law. This helps ensure that passengers are travelling with a properly managed and legally compliant transport service.

Valetra vehicles are regularly maintained and checked to ensure they are in suitable operating condition before being assigned to a journey. Drivers are also responsible for keeping the vehicle clean and reporting any mechanical or operational issues to our operations team. If a vehicle is not suitable for service, a replacement may be arranged before the scheduled pickup.

Valetra drivers are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout every journey, including punctuality, safe driving, respectful communication and proper vehicle care. Drivers must also follow operational instructions, applicable traffic laws and service procedures to provide passengers with a professional and dependable travel experience.

If a vehicle breakdown or unexpected operational issue occurs during the journey, the driver will inform our operations team immediately. Our team will assess the situation and arrange the necessary assistance, including a replacement vehicle where required and available. We will also keep the passenger updated and coordinate the journey to minimise disruption as much as possible.

If you have any safety concern during your trip, please inform the driver or contact Valetra customer support as soon as possible. Our operations team will review the situation and provide the necessary assistance based on the issue reported. For urgent situations involving immediate danger, passengers should also contact the relevant local emergency services.

Yes. Valetra can accommodate families travelling with children, and child seats may be available as an optional add-on for selected journeys, subject to availability. When booking, please provide the child’s age and any relevant seating requirements so our team can advise on a suitable option. Families are also encouraged to select a vehicle that provides enough space for passengers, luggage and any additional child travel equipment.

For cross-border journeys between Malaysia and Singapore, Valetra assigns vehicles that are suitable for the route and meet the applicable transport, permit and regulatory requirements. Our operations team also coordinates the trip based on immigration procedures, passenger details and route conditions to help ensure the journey is handled legally, safely and smoothly.

Valetra uses passenger and booking information only for purposes related to the requested transport service, such as booking confirmation, driver assignment, trip coordination, payment processing and customer support. Personal information is handled according to our privacy practices and is not sold to third parties. Only information necessary to complete and manage the journey is shared with relevant operational parties.

Travel time between Malaysia and Singapore can vary significantly depending on traffic conditions, immigration queues, weekends, public holidays and peak travel periods. If heavy congestion occurs, the journey may take longer than originally estimated. We recommend allowing extra travel time, especially for airport departures, meetings or other fixed-time arrangements, as border clearance time is outside Valetra’s direct control.

To help protect against scams or unauthorised payments, please make bookings and payments only through Valetra’s official website, approved payment links or verified customer support channels. Valetra does not require passengers to make payment directly to a driver’s personal bank account. If you receive an unfamiliar payment request or message, please contact our customer support team to verify it before proceeding.

Yes. Valetra vehicles used for passenger transport are equipped with seat belts where required by the vehicle design and applicable regulations. Passengers are encouraged to wear their seat belts throughout the journey for their safety. If you are travelling with children, please let us know in advance if you require a child seat or have any specific seating needs.

If you believe you have left a personal item inside the vehicle, please contact Valetra customer support as soon as possible and provide your booking reference, travel date and a description of the missing item. Our operations team will check with the assigned driver and assist with locating the item where possible. Any return or delivery arrangement may be subject to availability and additional charges depending on the location.
